have to do if you come to one of these. Number 1 Make a towel sheep head.
First, fold a little bit of your towel down. Then fold your towel again so that
the top edge meets the bottom edge. Now roll the sides in. These will be the sheep's horns.
Finally, open up your sheep's head
and slip it onto your head. This is a must do any time you visit a Jjimjilbang. Number 2 Drink shikhye. Shikhye is a traditional cold Korean sweet rice drink.
The shikhye at Jjimjilbangs is much more
refreshing and less artificial tasting than the canned ones found at convenience stores. Number 3 Peel and eat special eggs the most awesome way. All Jjimjilbangs offer hard boiled eggs as snacks. You'll be able to find roasted
and smoked eggs at most of them.
Some even have charcoaled ones. But there's a very special way to peel these eggs. Smack them as hard as you can against your forehead. If you're good, you'll get it the first time.
If not... Number 4 Shock your body. There are many chambers and rooms
with varying temperatures at most Jjimjilbangs. First, go and sit in the hottest room for 5 to 10 minutes.
Your pores will completely open up and you'll sweat buckets. Then go straight to an icy refrigerated area
called the "cold room". Your pores will be shocked closed. This is an awesome way to clear up
your pores and shrink them.

We received a nice certificate and now well have something really yummy to eat! So guys, we're enjoying the last minutes here in Rostov! Nice sunset! We've got the sickest VIP flight tickets! We have the whole terminal to ourselves. We have to say that we have experienced so many things in one day... ...We met nice girls, had so much food, more than we could eat.
All the impressions we got will now be processed during our flight to Moscow! That moment when the whole plane waits for you!

We arrived in Moscow! Had the privilege to spend a short but great night in this awesome hotel! Now we're off to a Russian sauna!
It's gonna be ultra nice! Some relax time!

Then we're off to bed. I think we've got 5 hours left, if anything! We have to get up at 5 and then we're off to Kaliningrad! Bye, bye Moscow! That was it from Moscow! We slept 3 hours and we can now walk straight into the Terminal! Haven't had that experience yet! And we're late, so let's go! We've landed. I had some sleep on the plane, but it didn't really help... ...As you can see.

We heard that we're gonna play against an Under 16s team! Here in Kaliningrad we found an Under 16s team that will compete against us! We'll do a freekick challenge! The coach is a former Kazakh national player who shot the first goal for Kazakhstan! He chose two of the best players to compete.
